Holiday Contest Club Meetup

Prizes - Prizes - Prizes!!

Lets celebrate the many holiday seasons, meet all new members, and swap prizes. A chance to visit and share thoughts before the new year! Lets wrap up the first year of the Vancouver Contest Club and celebrate our new friends that share the same obsession! For this meetup we definetly have to have the majority of our members join us:) If enough of you can't make this date it can be changed.

There will be a door prize, a prize for those of you with profile pics to enter(see details on message board), the regift prize, and a scratch & win exchange!!!!!

Please bring a reprize/gift under $20, a $1 scratch & win, and as many paper ballots as you can bring to share with others.

It is important for you to update your RSVP's if they change as we're having too many maybes' and yeses that do not change their answers and don't show up....Thanks;)

Can't wait to see you all and to start sharing these prizes!!

Fall Contest Club Meetup

Our 3rd meeting to introduce new members, share contests and ideas, brainstorm and to discuss the building and promotion of our club!

This meeting follows the Canadian Contest Convention Sept 21-23 that Jill and I attended. (see the files page I'll add the summary and tips there)

Also a chance to bask in some luck, and get away from the computers for a bit. I myself have been surrounded by wins and have won many small-medium things this month. So the luck is following us time to pool it!! If less than 1/2 our members can attend we will look at changing dates or postponing to next meetup!!

We need a good turn out for this one to merrit throwing a great Holiday party and prize swap possibly at a casino w/perks. A free gift will be given to all members that attend.

See the poll on our site to choose a location. If weekdays don't work I can move it to a weekend but I need feedback.

If you wish to put maybe as a response, please decide the week of if you really are coming and change your response so that we have as close to exact numbers as possible. That way we can make sure we have enough seating:) Thanks.

Lower Mainland Contest Meetup- Change of Plans... But its good!!

Hi Guys, same night but I won a contest for a private party at Smithe and Granville. It's two blocks from the skytrain!! Drinks and appies are included!

Of course the people who said yes to attending thursday take preference, as do members who have been with us longer. You have to be 19 as it is a bar in the evening, and if that excludes anyone my apologies.

Please confirm if you can make it and make sure you're forsure if you say yes as anyone that doesn't show up is taking someone elses spot!!

I'm glad to have a prize that I can share with the whole club!!
